The program began with a guided tour of the SDSX exhibition hall and laboratories. Under the direction of SDSX staff, Qixian-class participants examined the company’s technical heritage in RF/microwave semiconductors and its current product portfolio, experiencing first-hand the culture of innovation that drives an advanced chip enterprise.

In the subsequent keynote session, Director Zhu of the CUHK-Shenzhen EMBA program opened with remarks thanking SDSX for its meticulous arrangements and extended sincere wishes for the company’s continued success in global markets.

Ms. Li-min Xing, Chairman of SDSX, then delivered a talk titled “Innovation-Driven Breakthrough Strategies for Hard-Tech Companies.” Drawing on her personal journey from the earliest days of the industry to the present, she traced China’s semiconductor evolution from an era of “dare-not-imagine, dare-not-do” to today’s push for greater technological self-reliance. She highlighted SDSX’s milestones: broadening its product lineup, expanding market reach, and securing recognition from leading industrial investors. Entrepreneurship, she emphasized, is as much about strategic perseverance amid complex geopolitical and competitive pressures as it is about technical advances. Looking ahead, SDSX will stay mission-focused on sectors critical to national strategy, integrate resources, and work with partners to accelerate the globalization of China’s semiconductor ecosystem.

During the student-address segment, Mr. Xiaoping Luo, General Manager of Chonghui Semiconductor (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., spoke about supply-chain and technology bottlenecks in the current domestic-replacement drive. Ms. Li Li, Vice President of Sales at Shenzhen HuaLiDaTian, said she was deeply inspired by SDSX’s start-up story and praised the company’s self-developed RF chips as “radiant,” voicing her hope that together the industry will create a “pure-blooded Chinese core.”

The visit served as both an on-site master-class and a high-caliber forum where industry, academia and research intersected. Members of the Qixian class unanimously reported a rich harvest, commending SDSX’s innovative achievements and strategic vision. Going forward, SDSX will remain committed to innovation-driven growth and strategic leadership, joining forces with China’s top universities and corporate partners to advance the autonomy and development of the nation’s semiconductor industry.
