On September 15, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released the second batch of 2025 national-level “Key Little Giant” enterprises selected from the already-certified “Specialized, Refined, Distinctive and Innovative” cohort. Shenzhen SDSX Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully admitted in recognition of its sustained focus and outstanding innovation in RF/microwave chips and modules.

The “Key Little Giant” status is reserved for the elite of the elite: companies that anchor critical links in China’s key industrial chains, tackle core-technology bottlenecks, and strengthen supply-chain resilience and security. The designation represents the State’s highest acknowledgment of an enterprise’s all-round excellence in specialization, refinement, differentiation and innovation.

Founded in 2017, Shenzhen SDSX Technology Co., Ltd. is one of the very few domestic suppliers that integrate first-generation Si RF, second-generation GaAs and third-generation GaN processes into a single RF/microwave-chip and module portfolio, covering the full stack from design to packaged module.
